1.What's my order process?
1).Choose the styles from our site,Email me or leave message on our web about the id,pics,
or link of the styles you like.
2).Let me know all info about the products,size,amount,color etc.also pls add your detailed info,including first name,last
name,address.
3).We will connect with you ASAP,also we will make sure the stock on your products with the payment information.
4).Pls have your payment for your order.
5).After your payment info validated,we will ship the items within 24hours,we will
email back you with tracking number.
6).You will get your items from deliverer.
2.How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment.
Shipping is done via either EMS, TNT,DHL or UPS express.
We will email your tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped.
3.How can I get information after I have paid for my order ?
We will e-mail the tracking number after our shipment.
4. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, you can track your package online within 1-2days after our shipment.
5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
6.If I need to order the items which not displayed on our website, you can find them for me?
Yes, that's no problem.
7. Can you reserve my order before my payment?
Of course we can do that. Most important is that you have to do is to confirm your order,
then we will keep them for you for 3days. 3days later, if we still can not your payment, we will sell it to others.
8.Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Our wholesale prices are including shipping cost. If you order more than our MOQ from us,
we would like to offer wholesale prices.
9.What's the minimum order ? Can I order a pair /piece sample?
Our minimum order is 12 pairs/pieces.Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample
before placing order, We dont mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.
But the price is different from wholesale price.
10.If your minimum order is 12 pairs/piece, can I mix other models and colors?
Yes,you can mix the size,styles to fill your minimum order.
11.What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange the products if we sent the wrong shoe or size. Please refer to our Policy Section for more information.
